WELL is a non-profit student organisation that promotes Corporate Social Responsibility.

The organisation was established in the fall of 2002, when three students at Copenhagen Business School together with the relief organisation Børnefonden hosted an event for students and collected money among students to provide funding for a well in Africa. This worked as the base for the identity of WELL. Since this event, WELL has experienced a lively organisational development and expanded from 3 to the currently 20 active members. WELL has built up unique competencies through a constructive and creative recruitment as well as relationships with several key players working with the concept Corporate Social Responsibility.
